Join S&R; Group as a Dietitian, supporting long-term care residents in Kitchener and Cambridge. This clinical role involves nutrition assessments, care planning, and education, enhancing the quality of life for our community.

This Dietitian position focuses on providing individualized nutrition care in two long-term care homes: Lanark Heights and St. Andrew’s Terrace. You will conduct assessments, monitor hydration and nutrition levels, and develop care plans for residents. The role offers the option of work from home when necessary and requires strong communication skills to liaise with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor resident nutrition and hydration levels
• Complete scheduled assessments and respond to nutrition referrals




• Develop and modify nutrition care plans for residents
• Conduct swallowing assessments and provide needed education
• Communicate routinely with administration and health teams

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Minimum 2 years experience in a long-term care setting
• Professional Liability Insurance required
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
