DDA is seeking passionate Community Support Workers to join their Vocational & Community Services team. In this permanent, full-time role, you will provide essential support tailored to each participant’s unique abilities and goals. Collaboration with other team members to implement individualized plans will be key to ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support participants in daily living activities
• Implement and monitor personalized goal plans
• Lead engaging programs for diverse abilities
• Facilitate community and outreach-based services
• Create an inclusive and welcoming program environment
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Social Services or related fields
• 1-2 years experience with developmental disabilities
• Experienced in client-centered programs
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Class 5 Driver's License with a good record
