SRG London is recruiting for a SR.HRBP/HR Manager for a reputable manufacturer in London, ON. This position reports to the GM and is responsible for 2 locations. This stand alone HR role is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities (Not limited to: ) Lead the implementation of the new payroll and HR system in partnership with Finance and IT.
Strengthen recruiting strategies with broader sourcing and proactive talent pipelines.
Improve hiring-manager capability through consistent interviewing and selection practices.
Coach managers on routine attendance, performance, conduct, conflict, and day-to-day employee matters.




Partner with leadership to reinforce accountability, consistency, manager ownership, and workplace culture.
Requirement: 7 years of progressive experience from manufacturing is ideal
Experience supporting an hourly workforce and handling complex employee relations, health and safety, and difficult-to-fill recruitment.
Strong working knowledge of Ontario employment and workplace legislation and practical HR practices.
Demonstrated experience implementing or significantly improving an HRIS or payroll system is strongly preferred.
CHRP or CHRL designation is preferred
