In this full time position, you will assess, develop, and implement training programs for our C&F; service technicians in collaboration with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver high-quality training as a Certified Dealer Instructor • Evaluate and improve instructional materials • Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with managers • Monitor trainee evaluation and attendance metrics • Support ongoing audits for training effectiveness
