Summary:

Ideally need people who have done:
API, Configurations
Define Workflows on Force.com
Architect to Process Level
Product Configurations and Understanding of Business Aspect
Augment their existing team on Technical Side
Telecom or Utilities background
Ramp-up team very quickly
Need to hire experienced people
Any exp. migrating from Dynamics CRM & Outstanding Plains to Salesforce.com
Have to be Salesforce Experts – Certified preferred

Project can extend up to 6 months plus.
