Key Responsibilities:
Support the IT resource group and Digital practice
Provide solution-oriented legal advice on technology matters
Draft and negotiate software licensing and services agreements
Advise on emerging technology risks, including AI tools
Research and prepare briefs on legal compliance issues
Requirements:
Minimum four years post-call legal experience
Active Law Society of Alberta membership
Extensive drafting and negotiation experience
Background in intellectual property and privacy
Solid business judgment to offer practical advice
