We are seeking a Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a production line. The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager, working closely with the whole manufacturing team and will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Supervise and lead a team of production line staff.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and output targets. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed. Conduct quality inspections and enforce quality control standards. Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Maintain detailed production records and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing, Quality Control, Management, Operations (preferred). Minimum five (5) years prior manufacturing and three (3) years prior people supervisory experience.

Experience with electro/mechanical manufacturing preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting technical manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Mechanical aptitude/comprehension.

Shifts: Currently Monday-Friday 3:00pm- 11:30pm. Vacation and flex days, and paid company-wide shutdown during the holiday season. Comprehensive benefits including Dental, Drugs,
