Requirements

- Minimum of five years experience in a technical role within the Production Toner Industry
- Fiery Cut Sheet Professional and Expert Certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge in colour management, including software such as Colorgate and Caldera
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing technical issues on Production POD devices




- Strong ability to develop and deliver training plans and support tools for service teams, customers, and dealers
- Proven experience conducting customer product demonstrations and tailoring presentations to customer needs
- Valuable IT skills, including MS Office, MS-Windows, IT networking, and CRM/ERP systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction with a diplomatic and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is a strong asset
