You will manage staff schedules and support crisis intervention while fostering a safe and supportive environment. Evening shifts from Monday to Friday will require flexibility in your scheduling. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily functions of program staff
- Ensure safe and efficient operations during shifts
- Assist with staff recruitment and performance evaluations
- Manage crisis situations and client grievances
- Chair daily shift change meetings for information flow Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- At least two years of relevant supervisory experience
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and insurance needed
