The Project

Mace is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team for a Rail & Transit project in Toronto. Define project requirements, resources, and technical services to deliver against the Project Execution Plan. Monitor health, safety, and wellbeing across all stages of project delivery.

Oversee project plans, budgets, risks, and timeframes, ensuring diligent management and mitigation. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain robust quality systems, risk management, and effective communication. Champion sustainability and net zero carbon transition, embedding carbon reduction into project outcomes.

Relevant tertiary qualification in project management or construction, or equivalent professional experience. Proven project management experience with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Demonstrable expertise in budgeting, planning,



and applying project management methodologies effectively.

Note: The estimated salary for this position is 90,000 - 140,000 CAD. You will lead on the cost management services including estimating, procurement and cost planning, owning the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and building long term relationships with your clients.
