Superior Roofing Ltd. is one of Calgary’s fastest-growing roofing and exterior contractors. We specialize in residential, commercial, insurance restoration, and new construction projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator to help manage roofing, siding, and service projects while supporting our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate roofing and exterior projects from start to finish
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, logistics, and project execution
- Create and manage work orders for production and service departments
- Schedule service calls, warranty work, inspections, and deficiency repairs
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
- Perform accurate site measurements and material takeoffs
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Assist with estimating, budgeting, and procurement
- Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist with quality control, deficiency management, and project closeout
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Support production scheduling and workflow management

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in roofing and/or exterior construction
- Strong understanding of sloped roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Experience coordinating roofing projects from office or field environments
- Ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings,



and specifications
- Experience using PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff software
- Strong measurement and material takeoff skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in residential and commercial roofing
- Knowledge of siding, soffit, fascia, cladding, eavestrough, and exterior systems
- Experience creating work orders and scheduling service departments
- Previous experience in project coordination, estimating, or production management
- Understanding of roofing warranty and deficiency processes
