- Prepare budgets and detailed final estimates
- Ensure completeness of drawings and risk scope
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor quotes
- Manage timely pricing of change orders
- Maintain databases for pricing and estimating templates Requirements:
- 3-5 years residential construction estimating experience
- Post-secondary diploma from SAIT/NAIT in a related field
- Strong understanding of residential materials and assemblies
