Job Title: Project Manager – Capital Markets - Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Location: Toronto, ON ( 3 days work from office)

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives within a Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) program.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of Project / Program Management experience in Financial Services
- Strong Capital Markets experience
- Experience managing large technology transformation programs, ideally $5M+
- Strong experience with CLM, KYC, AML, Client Onboarding, Remediation or Client Lifecycle processes
- Experience with platforms such as Fenergo, Pega CLM/KYC, Appway or similar is highly preferred
- Robust experience with third-party vendor implementations and complex system integrations
- Experience with data/document migration, client document lifecycle, metadata, indexing and content-management solutions




- Strong Agile / Scrum / SAFe and Waterfall delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder management, executive reporting, RAID management and vendor/SLA governance
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of approximately 8–15+ resources

Technical exposure preferred:

- REST APIs / Microservices
- NodeJS / Python
- Kafka
- AWS S3
- MongoDB / Redis
- Cloud and on-premise integrations
- Security / TLS / encryption concepts

Additional preferred experience:

- KYC / AML / Sanctions Screening
- Client onboarding and offboarding
- Periodic KYC review / remediation
- Data Governance
- Payments, Settlement or Reconciliation workflows
- Previous Canadian Banking experience
- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / SAFe certification
