Position: Project manager

Location: Toronto Canada Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

Mandatory skills*

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven capability in project planning, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, governance, and risk management.

- Good analytical, requirements-gathering, and business-process-mapping skills.

- Ability to recommend practical solutions and develop delivery roadmaps aligned with client requirements.

- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams in a distributed delivery workplace.

- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, work plans, and delivery documentation.

- Track project scope,



schedule, quality, resource requirements, costs, risks, and dependencies; take corrective action when variances are identified.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

- Lead project governance meetings, document decisions and actions, and ensure timely follow-through.

- Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when required.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support timely completion of deliverables.

- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and business process mapping as required.

- Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, action trackers, and closure summaries.

- Ensure project outputs meet agreed quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
