Mission is looking for an experienced Court Liaison Officer to serve in a temporary capacity with our RCMP department for six months. This role involves specialized work in court system operations and efficient management of prosecution reports. A thorough grasp of relevant Canadian laws and court procedures is essential for potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate expedited processing of prosecution reports
• Ensure effective court system operation and individual processing
• Implement knowledge of Criminal Code and related statutes
• Demonstrate proficiency in CPIC,
JUSTIN, and PRIME tools
• Maintain compliance with RCMP guidelines and policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma with post-secondary training preferred
• At least 5 years in police or criminal investigations
• Must possess active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance
• Completed UCR scoring course and PRIME training
• Proficiency in judicial and court administrative processes
