The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related experience and the ability to interpret technical documents and ensure compliance on site. This role facilitates effective project collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inspections and report to Senior Project Manager
• Review contractor progress and maintain contractual obligations
• Interpret and understand Contract Drawings and compliance standards




• Conduct on-site reviews and prepare inspection reports
• Support Health & Safety programs in all operations

Requirements:
• Graduated from a Civil Engineering Technology program
• Minimum 3 years of inspection experience
• Knowledge of inspection principles and construction techniques
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within GTA and surrounding areas
