Responsibilities include performing routine tests, diagnosing issues, and setting up equipment for meetings. Candidates should have demonstrated knowledge of videoconferencing tools alongside strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily functionality of AV conference room equipment
• Conduct routine testing and troubleshooting of AV components
• Set up and break down AV systems for meetings




• Interact with customer help desk for support requests
• Ensure venues are ready for use and presentable

Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma required
• Experience in AV practices and web conferencing tools
• Skills in AV control systems like AMX or Crestron
• Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
