The role focuses on implementing payroll and HR systems, strengthening recruiting pipelines, and coaching managers on attendance, performance, conduct, and employee relations. Ideal candidates have 7 years of manufacturing experience, HRIS/payroll implementation experience, and solid knowledge of Ontario labour law.
