In your role reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Affairs, your strategic input will align various committees with risk management frameworks. With 4 to 7 years of experience, especially in data privacy related to Quebec’s Law 25, you'll define governance practices and oversee projects related to compliance certifications and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a consulting resource for governance and compliance matters
• Implement governance practices for data and artificial intelligence




• Lead governance committees to drive strategic initiatives
• Oversee compliance projects, including ISO and DFARS
• Develop policies that enhance governance and compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or relevant field
• 4 to 7 years of experience in governance-related roles
• Robust analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency in technology with a focus on governance
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
