You Will
Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including media plan fulfillment, creative adjustments, and ensuring accurate trafficking setup through close coordination with ad operations
Collaborate cross‑functionally with media, creative, ad operations, project delivery, and strategy teams to ensure all deliverables are met on time and to expectations
Take ownership of campaigns and project work, with the chance to expand into leading larger sales events, launches, or asset creation initiatives
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering open, collaborative relationships and ensuring daily needs and long‑term goals are met
Support the Account Director in running the business, while also bringing forward new ideas and unique solutions to enhance client outcomes
Maintain a strong understanding of digital and traditional media requirements, ensuring all creative and messaging aligns with channel strategy and best practices
You Have
3–5 years of relevant account management experience, ideally in digital marketing; Software as a Service experience is a plus but not required
Demonstrated experience with media planning, creative asset management, and multi‑channel campaign execution
Collaborative approach, with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams (media, creative, ad ops,
strategy, SEO/MKS, and external partners)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on partnership, active listening, and collaborative problem‑solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of both digital and traditional media and how to set up creative and copy for optimal channel performance
A growth mindset—willingness to take initiative, own projects end‑to‑end, and seek out opportunities for professional development and ownership

$70,000-$75,000
