Working Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM, you will leverage your industry experience to ensure compliance with regulations and foster positive relationships within our driving team. Your adept management of routes will directly affect our service quality and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign active loads to optimize driver usage and reduce empty miles
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with drivers
• Adjust routes based on real-time conditions and customer availability




• Plan next-day operations and manage necessary changes
• Collaborate with multiple departments for operational fluidity

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of Transportation Industry experience
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Truckmate preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
