VLG continues to provide a complete range of services throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, including lawn maintenance, gardening, snow removal, and landscape construction.

The Position The Project Manager is the key to fulfilling the promises we make to our customers. The company’s brand and financial performance rely on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. You will oversee daily operations including scheduling, pre-construction, and construction phases. The areas of accountability include but are not limited to:

- Delivering projects on budget and on schedule
- Project Coordination
- Quality control of projects
- Team training
- Administrative responsibilities
- Estimating

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in project management within the industry or a related industry. To be considered, you should be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in project management for large projects over 750k,



with an emphasis on landscape construction projects
- Transformational leadership qualities - you are adept at building people up
- Knack for strategic planning, problem solving, and tactical execution in the field
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Well developed conflict resolution skills
- Technologically savvy, including advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and relevant Microsoft Office Suite products and the ability to analyze performance data
- Humble and kind - you have a knack for relating to others
