Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will perform in-depth assessments, prepare comprehensive reports, and offer technical advice.

The role requires knowledge in building systems and ASTM standards, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and contractors. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property condition assessments and relevant document reviews
- Prepare detailed written reports after site visits
- Develop cost estimates for necessary repairs
- Collaborate in reserve fund studies and performance audits
- Investigate building issues and provide technical advice to clients

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of PCA experience, understanding of ASTM E2018 standards
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Engineering Technologist Diploma desired
- Familiarity with the Condominium Act, 1998
- Access to a vehicle with a valid G license
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and AutoCAD
