- Conduct preventative and emergency maintenance tasks
- Record all maintenance and service requests accurately

- Assist in tenant unit inspections and support external contractors
Requirements:
- Strong background in building maintenance (5 years minimum)
- Completion of a Police Records Check required
- High school diploma required; trade certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle access necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
