Analyst – Cabin Provisioning (12+ Month Term) This role is responsible for forecasting, optimizing, and managing inventory held at production sites across the network to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete stock. Using data-driven insights and strong cross-functional partnerships, the role drives inventory strategies, product transitions, and continuous improvements that support operational efficiency and an exceptional Guest Experience. Own inventory forecasting and optimization for production sites across the network, analyzing flight schedules, consumption trends, historical ordering patterns, and service requirements to maintain optimal stock levels at each uplifter location.
Turn data into actionable insights by developing forecasting models and replenishment strategies that balance operational needs, Guest Experience, cost, and product availability—minimizing both stockouts and excess inventory at production sites. Lead cross-functional inventory initiatives, partnering with internal teams, production-site partners, and external suppliers to strengthen inventory tracking, reporting, analytics, and overall visibility of on-station inventory.
Drive Guest
Experience product transitions at production sites, including new product launches, changes in product usage, inventory depletion plans, and the introduction of new stock items, while ensuring obsolete inventory is phased out efficiently and responsibly. Champion inventory management best practices by conducting audits across production sites, improving reporting standards, ensuring FIFO compliance, and evaluating the effectiveness of supply chain pull and replenishment strategies. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Distribution Center Order Desk and Planning teams,
translating production-site inventory needs, network trends, and operational requirements into clear replenishment priorities.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Strategic Procurement, Distribution Centre, Logisitics, and Guest Experience to align KPIs, support business priorities, and ensure effective execution of purchasing agreements that meet production-site requirements. Strengthen supplier and production-site performance through data-driven analysis and feedback, using metrics such as fill rates and service recovery to identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement. Influence inventory decisions across the network by communicating inventory risks, trends, and opportunities to key stakeholders and recommending strategies that improve availability, reduce waste, and enhance the overall guest experience. 3–6 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field. ~ Post-secondary diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. ~ Demonstrated experience with procurement and supply management practices. ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and develop explicit, actionable reports and insights. ~ Strong knowledge of supplier management principles, processes, and performance frameworks. ~ Experience developing inventory forecasts and applying analytical or modelling tools to support data-driven decision-making.
