Tolko Industries Ltd. is seeking a Lab Technician to join its Heffley Creek EWP Division in Heffley Creek, BC. You will participate in the mill's Quality Management System (TQM 9000) by performing QA and QC, collaborating with the production team to ensure product quality during shifts.

The ideal candidate has lab experience, solid communication, and a safety-first mindset, with familiarity in ISO 9000. Training in LEAN and continuous improvement is a plus.
