Manage the test team's day-to-day activities and quality of work Develop testing plans and test cases for new features with embedded QA testers Help with recruitment, onboarding, development, and professional training of the QA team Maintain internal communications and encourage a positive, ambitious team atmosphere Foster cross-department relationships, collaboration, and studio-wide objectives At least 3 years of professional video game QA experience Professional experience as a QA Lead, supervising testers on a shipped game A strong and efficient communicator with excellent management skills Experience testing on multiple platforms,



including Sony and/or Microsoft consoles and PC Current Ontario or Quebec resident or willing to relocate to Ontario Ability to briefly work on-site in Toronto is required Demonstrates expertise in managing QA processes and teams within the video game industry, with a focus on developing testing plans, overseeing test coverage, and fostering collaboration across departments. Robust communication and management skills are essential for driving team performance and maintaining a positive work environment.
