Role Description

This full time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Magog, QC. The Project Manager oversees end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. The role involves leading project meetings, tracking milestones, managing risks, and maintaining transparent communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The Project Manager works closely with expediting and logistics functions to resolve issues, ensure timely inspections, and keep all stakeholders informed of project status. This position also requires preparing reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously improving project processes and performance.

Qualifications
Solid Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication




Experience in Expeditor and Expediting functions to follow up on orders, timelines, and deliverables
Background in Inspection activities to verify quality, compliance, and project specifications
Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, materials, and supply chain activities
Ability to work on-site in Magog, QC and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset
Relevant education in project management, engineering, operations, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
