Our Offering

Competitive wages – wages range from $68,000 - 82,000 annually (depending on experience and education);

Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;

Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions, effective 60 days from benefits activation;

An annual Defined Profit-Sharing Plan (dependent upon company performance);

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize production technologies for new and existing Schaeffler products.

Validate and implement manufacturing technologies, machines, tools, and processes.

Integrate new technologies into existing production systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Support the industrialization and production launch of recent products and processes

Improve manufacturing processes with a focus on:

Product quality

Cost efficiency

Process robustness

Scrap reduction

Setup-time reduction

Cycle-time improvement

Tool-cost optimization
