In this critical role at Bioriginal, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Engage directly with production equipment and guide a team of technicians, ensuring high standards are maintained from safety compliance to performance monitoring. Your expertise, coupled with your ability to manage budgets effectively, will enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for all equipment • Provide hands-on troubleshooting during breakdowns • Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies • Maintain precise documentation of maintenance activities
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in engineering or valid journeyperson ticket • 5+ years in a similar maintenance management position • Robust understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems • Proficient in CMMS software • Excellent organizational skills and communication
