Ascendant is seeking an experienced Manager, Technology Operations to lead the organization’s technology operations, infrastructure, security, and service delivery. The role reports to the CIO and requires in-office attendance four days per week in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a regulated setting, manage budgets, vendors, and audits, and drive continuous improvement across operations and support functions.
