Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with airline customers and Ramp Operations
• Efficiently assign resources in real time during operations




• Create plans for weather or mechanical delays and IROP
• Analyze delays and produce performance reports for management
• Collaborate with managers to optimize manpower on shift
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of aviation ground handling experience required
• Proficient in computer systems and flight tracking tools
• Strong verbal communication skills under pressure
• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and obtain an airport clearance
