As a leader in the Capital and Financial Systems division, you will be responsible for enhancing the ERP user experience and advising on best practices. Your strategic thinking will align ERP initiatives with the organization’s objectives, while you play a pivotal role in facilitating relationships between stakeholders and ensuring the successful implementation of financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion PeopleSoft Financials across the organization
• Consult on ERP product transitions and functionalities
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective change management
• Create training and testing strategies for end-users
• Lead research on optimizing PeopleSoft system capabilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of ERP experience
• Proven track record in three financial disciplines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Robust communication and organizational skills
