In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Director of FCSS, managing their calendar and handling correspondence. Your ability to research and prioritize issues will ensure timely resolutions and effective communication with stakeholders. You will also assist in preparing documents and reports for various meetings, enhancing the overall governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage the Director's scheduling
• Assist in drafting and editing key communication
• Compile and present data for various meetings
• Manage filing systems and information requests
• Facilitate community and council communications
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in an executive role
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of First Nation education and culture appreciated
