We are seeking a high-energy, customer-centric Assistant Branch Director to lead our busy Windsor HVAC/R counter and wholesale showroom. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the daily walk-in business, ensuring local HVAC/R contractors receive rapid, knowledgeable, and accurate service. You will partner with the Branch Director to supervise frontline staff, optimize product merchandising, and build a welcoming, high-performance culture that keeps contractors coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Counter Leadership: Direct daily counter operations, manage staff scheduling, and coach team members on active upselling and technical product identification.
Contractor Relations: Act as the primary face of the branch for walk-in contractors, managing a high-volume order desk and resolving customer service issues on the spot.
Merchandising & Sales: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized showroom floor; execute seasonal product promotions to maximize impulse buys and margin growth.
Inventory Coordination: Bridge the gap between the counter and the warehouse, ensuring stock levels reflect high-demand counter items and order discrepancies are eliminated.
