DO YOU HAVE AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET SALES EXPERIENCE AND KNOW HOW TO TURN CONVERSASTIONS INTO SALES?
The Wheel Group is hiring a Sales Account Manager to grow customer accounts, generate new business, and drive revenue through high-volume outbound sales activity.
This is a fast-paced, phone-driven sales role requiring automotive aftermarket experience and someone who is comfortable making back-to-back outbound calls, building relationships, and consistently pursuing new opportunities.
WHAT DRIVES US
Founded in 1997, The Wheel Group is a leading designer, developer, and owner of aftermarket automotive wheel, tire, and accessory brands, with a focus on quality, innovation, and performance. Headquartered in Ontario, California, with 15 distribution centers throughout the U.S. and Canada as well as a QC, engineering and support services office in Shanghai, China, TWG serves a diverse base of customers across North America and globally.
TAKING THE WHEEL
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of an assigned book of business while actively creating new opportunities through consistent outbound sales activity. This role is built for someone who enjoys being on the phone, connecting with customers, and turning those conversations into revenue.
You’ll work with existing, prospective, and inactive customers to strengthen relationships, re-engage business, identify new opportunities, and expand TWG’s presence within your territory.
This isn’t a role where you wait for the phone to ring. Success requires someone who is proactive, comfortable making back-to-back calls, and motivated by developing new business while continuing to grow established accounts.
You’ll also serve as a trusted product resource for your customers, helping them identify the right wheels, tires, and accessories based on fitment, style, and application. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams, you’ll help deliver a strong customer experience while driving profitable growth.
