Wok Line Cook – Thai Cuisine

Charoen Krung Thai Noodle House is looking for a Wok Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Vancouver.

This position will primarily be responsible for our wok station, preparing Thai stir-fried dishes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes using a wok during service
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Prepare and organize ingredients for the wok station
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements
Previous kitchen or line cook experience
Wok cooking experience strongly preferred
Experience with Thai or Asian cuisine is an asset
Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification
Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen setting
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Legally entitled to work in Canada

Compensation & Advantages
$18.25–$22.00/hour , based on experience and demonstrated skills
