- Respond promptly to manufacturing customer issues and ensure quality control




- Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for Medium Voltage products
- Collaborate on successful current product launches within the business unit
- Lead ISO 9001 audits and respond to findings
- Drive supplier corrective actions regarding non-conforming materials

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years quality engineering experience
- Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
