Duties

- Conduct detailed quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers and gauges
- Perform visual and dimensional assessments to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and compliance documentation
- Support implementation of quality management systems (QMS)



and ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy

Requirements

- Proven experience in quality management or quality control within a manufacturing setting
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes, including QA/QC standards and procedures
- Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality inspection techniques
