We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for our commercial team on this extensive highways venture.

The position requires onsite presence and is ideal for candidates familiar with subcontractor management, cost forecasting, and NEC4 ECC practices. Your contributions will be vital in managing forecasts and ensuring financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

- Keep detailed records of subcontractor account forecasts
- Generate robust cost forecasts throughout the project
- Support subcontractor Compensation Event assessments




- Utilize Defined Cost for entitlement evaluations
- Coordinate with commercial and project teams for timely reporting Requirements:
- Significant civil engineering or highways experience
- Extensive knowledge of NEC4 ECC, particularly Main Options B and C
- Experience with Method of Measurement for Highway Works
- Proficiency in cost forecasting and analysis
