This Winter

Analyst role is integral in ensuring seamless Corporate Actions processing, working with US, Canadian, and EMEA Trading desks. You'll manage tasks through Sophis, dealing with mandatory events like mergers and optional dividends while honing your problem-solving and communication skills. Your analytical mindset will be key in reconciling discrepancies and effectively managing external claims. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions processes
- Reconcile Corporate Action transactions using Sophis




- Review and adjust notices from the OCC and CDS
- Resolve claims and discrepancies with external parties
- Assist with additional Asset Servicing functions as needed

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Equities and Options products
- Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Proficient in basic MS Excel functions
- Coursework in Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred
