Canada LLP's Edmonton office is seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 4+ years of post-call experience to join our growing Commercial Real Estate group. Our team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development projects, financing, and related corporate/commercial transactions. This role provides the opportunity to work on sophisticated files, support major clients, and grow within one of the largest real estate groups in the world.

Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing will be considered an asset. Act on commercial real estate transactions, including purchase/sale, development, project structuring, and financing. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate and commercial agreements.
Support clients on due diligence, land title matters, leasing, and condominium-related work. Corporate, Financial Services). 4+ years of commercial real estate experience, gained in private practice or through relevant in-house legal roles.
~ Member in positive standing with the Law Society of Alberta (or eligible for transfer). ~ Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills. ~ Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing is an asset.
