This contract position is pivotal in implementing measures to advance Bell's Reconciliation Strategy. You will oversee the PAIR certification program, ensuring meaningful engagement with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis groups.
Your role involves fostering respectful relationships and tracking progress on reconciliation initiatives throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of reconciliation strategies and governance
- Execute PAIR Certification requirements and manage initiatives
- Create Indigenous engagement strategies aligned with goals
- Organize community engagement events and consultations
- Provide training for cultural awareness and sensitivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in Indigenous relations
- Authentic relationship-building with Indigenous leaders
- Solid organizational and communication capabilities
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects
