Program Delivery Manager – Insurance/P&C; & AMS Location: Markham, ON
We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager with strong Insurance/P&C; domain expertise and proven Application Management Services (AMS) project experience . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
The role requires solid leadership across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, technology partners, and business groups. Candidates should have experience managing multiple workstreams, program governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and executive-level communications.
Mandatory Requirements: Program/project delivery and governance experience
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex enterprise environment
Location: Markham, ON – Onsite Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
