The Stable Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced and hospitality-driven Server to join our team at our new location, Fiore Mercato! We are a neighborhood-focused group committed to warm hospitality, quality food and beverage, and a strong team culture.

About the Role We are seeking a Server with experience delivering attentive, elevated guest service in a quick-paced environment. In this role, you will play a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for both regulars and new guests by sharing your passion for excellent food, wine, and warm service.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, attentive, and elevated guest service on the floor
Demonstrate strong knowledge of our menu, wine selection, cocktails, and food pairings
Engage in active selling and guide guests through cohesive dining and beverage choices
Maintain composure,



efficiency, and speed during high-volume meal services
Build rapport with guests to foster a welcoming, neighborhood atmosphere

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Server in a quick-paced, quality-focused restaurant or wine bar
Solid foundational knowledge in wine, bartending, cocktails, and food pairings
Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure
Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

WSET Level II certification (or higher) is a major asset.
