This is a full time, on-site position with Oceanfix.ca, located in Campbell River, BC, Canada. Campbell River and the discovery passage is home to world-class cold-water diving. The ideal candidate is a passionate and dedicated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and is looking for long-term job in the dive industry as a professional. We would also prepared to develop a motivated individual into a Dive master or Instructor role.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
Managing sales leads
Daily shop operations including rentals
Maintaining the store's visual display & establishing/expanding clientele.
Preparing Social Media posts, dive charter announcements using mailing tools
Taking on Divemaster tasks on our own state of the art charter boat the Ocean Guardian
Teaching Padi Open water and other courses

Qualifications
Solid sales skills and experience with customer service related to diving
Knowledge and passion for scuba diving and the underwater world
Excellent communication skills,



both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in retail sales (ideally a dive shop) with solid POS experience
Scuba diving certifications as a Dive master or Dive instructor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
