Regional Directors — Come Grow With Anytime Dental Anytime Dental is continuing to grow across Southern Ontario, and we’re looking to connect with experienced Regional Directors and multi‑site dental leaders who want to develop great leaders, grow strong businesses, and make a meaningful impact across a portfolio of clinics. Anytime

Dental clinics are designed around accessibility and convenience, with extended hours, seven‑day operations and same‑day care that make it easier for patients to access the dentistry they need. As a Regional Director, you’ll lead and support a portfolio of clinics while working closely with Clinic Managers, Doctors and Support Office partners to strengthen teams, improve performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. This isn’t about managing clinics from a spreadsheet.

It’s about developing leaders who know their businesses, understand their teams and can turn opportunities into action. We’re looking for someone who understands that strong regional performance starts with robust local leadership. You’re equally comfortable with the business side of dental operations.

Coach Clinic

Managers to lead through KPIs and business results Review financial and operational performance and understand what the numbers are telling you Turn data into clear priorities and practical action plans Drive performance across production, collections, scheduling, treatment acceptance, hygiene optimization, patient retention and profitability Lead change and help teams successfully adopt new programs,
