We are offering:

- A 65% commission plus 100% of tips
- Full time receptionist and admin support
- Marketing support
- On-site laundry
- Positive atmosphere to work in
- Full time position:
- Monday & Wednesday 9-12 & 1-5:30 pm
- Tuesday & Thursday 2-7 pm
- Friday 9-12 pm

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques,



and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills

Must Haves:

- Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist, in good standing with regulatory college/ association in Alberta
- Valid liability insurance
- Valid vulnerable section check (must be less than 3 months old)
- Able to work well in a team setting
- Knowledge of MVA
- Good communication
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and address their concerns effectively
- Familiarity with pain management strategies and holistic approaches to health improvement
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client confidentiality
- Not required but a bonus if you have training in Myofascial cupping, Prenatal massage, Hot stone massage, Graston and /or TMJ massage
