Join a new Nurse Practitioner-led multidisciplinary clinic with a clear 70% therapist commission and practical support for your day-to-day practice.

AuraWell Health is inviting Registered Massage Therapists to help build our in-clinic massage service. Experienced RMTs, newly registered graduates and practitioners returning to practice are welcome. You do not need to bring an existing patient list.

We value attentive care, clinical judgment and clear communication. As our team grows, there will be opportunities to coordinate care with other practitioners when clinically appropriate and with patient consent.

Compensation

- Receive 70% of collected massage treatment fees before applicable sales tax. The clinic retains 30% to cover the included room, supplies and support services.
- No separate clinic charges for rent, reception, booking, standard supplies, laundry, marketing or card processing.
- Receive 70% of cancellation and no-show fees actually collected, plus 100% of any voluntary gratuities.
- Biweekly payments with itemized statements. We share the treatment fee schedule and written compensation terms before you accept.

Earnings depend on treatments delivered and fees collected. We are building our patient base and do not promise a full schedule or guaranteed annual income. Included practice support
- A private treatment room with a massage table and standard supplies,



plus linens and laundry service.
- Reception, appointment scheduling, billing support and access to clinic charting tools. Direct insurance billing where the clinic setup and patient plan permit.

- Clinic marketing and a practitioner profile to help patients discover your services.
- Free on-site parking, flexible availability by mutual agreement and time between appointments for charting and room preparation.
- Orientation to clinic systems, respect for your professional scope and no requirement to meet product sales quotas.

Your role
- Assess patients within your scope, discuss treatment goals, obtain informed consent and provide appropriate massage therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, explain treatment plans and provide appropriate self-care guidance.

- Follow CMTO standards, protect patient privacy, maintain professional boundaries and apply infection prevention practices.
- Prepare and reset the treatment space, communicate scheduling needs and collaborate on care when appropriate.

What you bring

- Current CMTO registration authorizing practice and good standing, with professional liability insurance in place before treating patients.




- A patient-centred approach, dependable communication and a commitment to respectful, evidence-informed care.

- Legal authorization to work in Canada and the ability to attend our Woodbridge clinic reliably.

Graduates awaiting registration may apply for a future start; treatment begins only once authorized.

Additional skills such as prenatal, sports or other specialized massage are welcome when supported by appropriate training and scope. No Canadian work-experience requirement or existing patient list applies.

Schedule and location

We are recruiting for three full-time and part-time openings. We will agree on recurring availability, start date, appointment lengths and scheduling buffers with each successful candidate. Share the days and hours that work for you.

All treatments take place at Unit 105, 4600 Highway 7, Woodbridge, in Vaughan. Applicants from across the GTA and beyond are welcome if they can reliably commute to this location.
