UFIT Kingston is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing Wellness Centre. This is an opportunity to work within an established High Performance Centre that brings together training, rehabilitation, and recovery under one roof.

Located in Kingston’s west end, UFIT Kingston High Performance and Wellness Centre offers a diverse range of services, including personal training, semi-private training, athletic development, team training, postpartum recovery, and health services such as Registered Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic care.

Our facility brings together training and rehabilitation, giving practitioners the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a performance-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments for a range of musculoskeletal conditions, recovery needs, and performance goals.
- Adapt treatment approaches to meet each client’s needs and objectives.
- Maintain accurate client files, treatment notes, and documentation.
- Educate clients on recovery strategies, mobility, and approaches that support their ongoing health and performance.
- Collaborate with UFIT’s training and wellness practitioners to support comprehensive client care.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized treatment environment.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing education and professional development.

Practitioner Support At UFIT, we want you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. We provide the systems, resources, and support to help you build and maintain a successful practice.

- Online booking, scheduling, client files, and treatment notes.
- Support with booking coverage, marketing, laundry, client checkout, and rebooking.
- Oils, lotions, treatment furniture, and linens.
- Laundry service.

established High Performance Centre with an existing client base and opportunities for growth.

Compensation & Perks

- Competitive compensation of $75–$85 per treatment.
- Earning potential of $98,000+ annually.

Annual earning potential is based on a consistent treatment schedule and is dependent on client volume and availability.

Requirements

- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to professional standards, client care, and ongoing learning.
